19th Century Copper Pan
Antique Copper Pan.
Crafted in the 19th century out of a single copper sheet, this antique hammered cooking pot has a rounded base, tapered sides and a lid which sits tightly on the rolled top.
The copper has developed a striking patina from many years of use, as well as the many hand beaten hammer marks!
The lid has a brass knob, a later addition, probably 1940s/50s, which compliments the utilitarian style.
A heavy piece, full of primitive charm, this old cauldron is large in size and makes a great piece of rustic decor for any home.
