Old French Pencil Crayons.

Founded in 1923, Corgié à Paris produced pencils in Roanne, France, until the mid 1980s, they are known for their premium stationery.

Still in the original box, this pack of 12 coloured pencils is a very rare find- only one has ever been sharpened!

The box itself has a bold Iris flower motif, which has a real Art Deco feel to it- the front reads "12 CRAYONS de COULEURS, IRISIA"- there are some hand drawn scribbles but nothing that detracts from the charm!

A lovely gift, these look great displayed on a shelf in an art studio and made a lovely piece of vintage decor for any home.
