Antique Pine Bookcase

Freestanding Pine Bookcase.

Very charming, this antique waterfall shelf has been crafted out of pitch pine which has developed a striking patina from many years of use!

The back is a cladded wood and the open shelves jointed in place- there is a simple scalloped detail to the base adding support, a primitive style which looks great in any home!

Still sturdy, I have lightly buffed the wood with wire wool but I have chosen not to strip back the natural patina- there are scuffs and water marks all which add to the charm.

Great for storage, these would look lovely by an entry way holding shoes, as part of a free standing kitchen or even in a bathroom!
