Collection of Vintage Ephemera.

A beautiful time capsule of letters, post cards and notes in a fabric covered binder- the dates range from the late 1940s to the late 1950s.

This is a real treasure trove- I've done a little research into some of the names and one who stuck out to me was Wendy Williams, R.A.D.A alumni. Many of the letters were from Wendy herself to her mother, as well as ones from her previous school addressed to her mother, so I believe the box may have once belonged to Mrs Williams.

Wendy Williams, 1934- 2019, graduated R.A.D.A in 1954 and went on to become an actress who starred in Doctor Who 1975, Poldark 1977 and Darling Buds of May 1991.

There are several post cards from around the globe as well as typed letters- this is a lovely conversational piece and would make a great gift for any social history enthusiasts!

The box is covered in a lovely oriental style fabric with large chrysanthemums on and there is a pocket on either side.
