Copeland Pottery Platter, Spode Tower
Copeland Pottery Dish.
Originally a Lazy-Susan section, this striking dish was created by Copeland pottery in the 1930s, and it is in great condition.
The reverse is stamped with "Copeland, Spode's Tower, England" - First created in 1814, 'The Tower' pattern is based on illustrations from Merigot's book “Views of Rome and its Vicinity”. It's been reproduced over the years in a variety of colours.
Ideal for placing upon a shelf, this little tray makes a delightful piece of vintage decor for any home, there is a simple pattern on the underneath too!
