Edwardian Wash Stand

Antique Mahogany Cabinet.

Circa 1910, this beautiful old wash stand has a simple in-lay detail to the front, the door is hinged on the left with a small turned knob and the top lifts up to reveal the original basin holder.

This has been adapted slightly, with a new shelf placed inside, allowing this to be better used as a bedside table- however this slides out if you wish.

The wood has developed a lovely age worn patina- there is sun bleaching on the side and scuffs throughout, I have lightly buffed this with a natural beeswax. The quality is reflected in the overall price, but the rustic patina really adds to the charm!

Perfect for using as a bed side cabinet, storage in a bathroom or even as a wash stand, this makes a great piece of vintage decor for any home.
