Folk Art Hanging Book Shelf

Antique Hanging Book Stand.

This beautiful wooden book stand has a slim drawer to the bottom of the shelf, tall scalloped sides and two sturdy hooks for hanging on a wall.

The drawer has small brass knobs and a delightful carved detail- really adding to the folk art style charm, this is perfect for holding letters placed by a front door!

In very good condition, the wood has a striking dark stain which I have lightly polished, one side shows signs of ancient wood worm (shown) which is reflected in the overall price.
