Georgian Tilt Top Table
Georgian Era Wine Table.
Circa early 1800s, this beautiful tilt-top side table is made of English oak, has a turned stand and three splaying feet.
There is a small latch under the top to keep it secure- this is quite sensitive due to it's age and the wood has developed a beautiful patina from many years of use.
In very good condition, the top has a small area of damage where the edge has chipped (shown) this is reflected in the overall price but does not detract from the character.
Full of vernacular charm, this antique table makes a lovely addition to any home, it's perfect in an entryway, great for a coffee corner or even could be used as a bedside table.
