Landscape Watercolour Painting

Autumnal Landscape Painting.

A beautiful piece of art, made up of muted tones- this watercolour painting has been created onto a textured cream board and depicts rolling fields around harvest time, with a cloudy sky and cow parsley seed heads in the foreground.

Painted by Hampshire based artist Dorothy Dean, 1920 - 2005, this piece was taken from part of her portfolio. Dorothy was a member of the Society of Women Artists and was best known for figure work, then in her later years she focused more on painting landscapes.

In very good condition, this would benefit from being cropped and framed- this makes a great vintage addition to any home!
