A beautiful, modernist style artwork, this oil painting depicts an African lady resting on a bentwood chair, with lush greenery in the background.
The bottom left corner is signed "A. HAMILTON" and this is in good condition, the canvas has some crease marks and scuffs due to the age but nothing to detract from the charm.
The solid wood frame has a limewax finish and there is a string on the reverse for hanging- this makes the perfect vintage addition to any home and would be great for a gallery wall.
