Antique Copper Pan Lid.
Circa late 1860s, this beautiful French pan lid is made of copper which has developed a striking patina from many years of use- the top is stamped with V & R.
The wrought iron handle is riveted to the copper and there is a small hole for hanging at the end.
Quite heavy, this is in very good condition and makes a lovely piece of vintage decor also- great for hanging in a kitchen!
