Pair of Antique Oil Paintings.

A striking vintage addition to any home, these beautiful old oil paintings are in the style of Heidelberg School- Australian Impressionism.

Created in the early 20th century onto stretched canvas, the paintings come with a black ebonised wood frame and a wire on the reverse, making them ready to hang.

These landscape artworks are full of muted tones and soft brush strokes- typical of Australian Impressionism.

Sold as a pair, one is inscribed on the reverse "Falls of the Quaronille, Bong Bong Mountains, Victoria" and initialled J. H.

In great condition, both frames are very sturdy and the canvas itself is tight.
