Ribbed Stoneware Jar.
A lovely piece of vintage decor for any home, this clay pot is decorated with alternating horizontal bands of a yellow and brown glaze, made to look like straps.
This has a tapered body, wide handles and a small lid, it would have most likely housed preserves- it's great for placing on a shelf or using as a small vase for cut flowers.
Overall in good condition, this is fully water tight- there are a couple of nibbles to the glaze (shown) but this does not detract from the charm.
