This beautiful old oil painting has been created onto a stretched canvas and comes professionally framed- there is a string on the reverse for hanging.

The artwork has a real painterly feel- the soft brush strokes and muted tones really compliment the subject: a shepherd with his dog and sheep, walking down a country lane, surrounded by imposing trees.

In great condition, the bottom right corner is signed and the reverse dated 1983.
