Mexican Folk Art Sgraffito Vase.
Most likely a piece of tourist wear from the 1980s- this hand made vase has a slim neck, round belly and scored sgraffito glaze, which depicts goldfish surrounded by plants.
Sgraffito is a decorative technique where the top layer of slip glaze is scored into by hand, revealing the base clay underneath.
Overall in very good condition, there is a small patch where the glaze has chipped on the side (shown) which is reflected in the overall price.
