Victorian Pine Chest of Drawers

Stripped Pine Chest of Drawers.

A beautiful piece, these antique 2 over 2 drawers have been handmade out of pitch pine, have mis-matched ceramic knobs and dovetail jointed sides.

The pine has developed a striking water marked patina from over the years- I have lightly buffed this but really loved the unique finish, so did not remove completely!

The drawers themselves are sturdy and run smooth- there are some subtle historic repairs and signs of historic wood worm, these have been treated with 'Everbuild Triple Action Wood Treatment' as an added precaution.

Smaller than usual and very rustic- these are great for any space, perfect for a bedroom or even an entryway to hold hats and scarves, these makes a lovely piece of vintage decor for any home.
