Victorian Pine Glazed Cabinet
Rustic Pine Glazed Cabinet, Lock & Key.
Circa early 1900s, this beautiful, antique cupboard is made from stripped pine and toughened glass. There are two slim glazed doors to the front, inside the left door is a latch to secure this shut and on the right the original lock and key.
I believe the glass is a later addition to a Victorian piece. This also has glazed sides and two internal glass shelves, please be aware, the internal shelves are made from toughened glass with a raw edge, this is sharp so take care when handling.
Free standing and in very good condition, there is a small up-stand to the top and this sits upon short legs, accompanied by ornate details to the front.
The pine has developed a lovely patina from many years of use, this is full of country charm- it would be perfect has storage in a bathroom, used in a hallway because of its slim size or even in a bedroom as a bedside table.
